AI Terms & Conditions

The AI Features may allow you to submit text, data, or other content ("Inputs") and receive generated text, recommendations, or other content ("Outputs"). You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to submit your Inputs.
• Your Inputs do not violate, infringe, or misappropriate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
• Your Inputs comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You assume all risks associated with the submission, use, accuracy, and legality of your Inputs.

You understand that Outputs generated by AI Features may be incomplete, contain inaccuracies or errors, or fail to meet your needs or expectations. All Outputs are for informational purposes only.

Sunny MF Money LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any Outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all Outputs and should not rely on any Outputs for legal, financial, professional, regulatory, or compliance purposes without independently verifying their applicability and suitability to your intended use.

You agree to independently verify any Outputs before reliance and acknowledge that Sunny MF Money LLC does not guarantee continuous or error-free availability of the AI Features.

As between the parties, you retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Inputs you provide. You grant Sunny MF Money LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your Inputs for the purpose of providing, operating, and improving the AI Features and otherwise performing our obligations.

Outputs may not be unique, and the AI Features may generate the same or similar Outputs for you and other users. Sunny MF Money LLC grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Outputs for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these AI Terms. Outputs may not be eligible for intellectual property protection.

The AI Features may be powered by models or services provided by third-party providers ("Third-Party AI Providers"). By accessing or using any AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Inputs may be transmitted to, processed by, or otherwise made available to such Third-Party AI Providers for the purpose of generating Outputs.
• Your access to and use of any Third-Party AI Providers are governed by the applicable terms of use and privacy policies of those providers.

Sunny MF Money LLC does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility or liability for any Third-Party AI Providers, their availability, operation, or security, or for any content, data, or results they generate or provide.

You will not use any AI Features to:

• Develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning models, technology, or services.
• Mislead anyone that an Output was solely human generated.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes illegal acts.
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Create deepfakes or impersonate individuals without their explicit consent.
• Submit personal health information, material non-public information, or other sensitive or regulated data.
